What inspired the inventer to start making popcorn? Is popcorn with alcohol flavours environmental friendly?

Popcorn was not invented it was discovered.  Thousands of years Native Americans discovered popcorn, most likely by accident.  It became popular during the Great Depression due to its cheap cost.  People could purchase a bag of popcorn for five to ten cents.  During World War II when sugar was being rationed, popcorn's popularity grew.  Again, this growth was due to the low cost of popcorn.

I don't see why alcohol flavored popcorn would not be environmentally friendly.  I am not sure how well it would sell though.  It does not sound very appealing.  I do not think people will be able to make a profit from alcohol flavored popcorn.
