`(3m^2-27)/(m^2+3m-18)`

To simplify, factor the polynomials in the numerator and denominator.

`=(3(m^2-9))/(m^2+3m-18)`

`=(3(m-3)(m+3))/((m+6)(m-3))`

Then, cancel common factor which is m-3.

`=(3(m+3))/(m+6)`

Hence, `(3m^2-27)/(m^2+3m-18)=(3(m+3))/(m+6)` .
