Since objects at rest ,

An impulse is applied to it, then the impulse that gives a stationary object a momentum

`mv` , where v is the velocity gained .

Force F is applied to another object of mass m for t second,again this force will produce a velocity

Impulse =rate of change of momentum =m(v-0)/t=(mv)/t

After t second both meet

Impulse +t (mv)/t=F.t

Impulse+Impulse=F.t
