Since the wagon is staying attached to the ground, the normal force of the wagon balances the weight of the wagon.  This means that the normal force is:

`N=150` newtons

Also, the coefficient of static friction is 0.6, so the frictional force is:

`F=0.6(150)=90`  newtons.

The force due to friction is 90 newtons.
