For 1 year at church: 3 suicide attempts of employees, 1st -denied attempt,it was registered by police, 2nd- hospitalized, 3 suicide resulted in death. Must be investigated? 

It was while a new pastor was installed, during short time.

Suicide is the act or process of killing ones self.  It is reported by the World Health Organization as the thirteenth leading cause of death world-wide.  More males than females commit suicide.  Suicide is generally considered an offense towards God by most religious circles, as it is a violation of the sanctity of life.  This particular scenario you are describing seems to have what would be considered a higher than normal incidence of suicide.  The fact that it is occuring after a new pastor took office may or may not be a deciding factor.  An investigation probably would be the best thing to do, to determine what underlying motivators exist.  The motivation to take ones life has always been a source of interest to science, both for humans and the animal world at-large, to help scientists become better equipped in dealing with the phenomenon.
