Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Homework Help question guidelines?

  1. Proofread your question carefully! We can’t help you if your question is incomplete, unclear, or missing important information (like the name of the book you are asking about).
  2. Only ask one question per submission. If a post contains multiple questions, an Educator will only pick one to answer. Questions must be not longer than 100 words.
  3. Don't repost a question you've already asked before. Duplicate questions will be sent back.
  4. We’re here to help you learn and understand your homework. Educators won't complete your assignment for you, so don't just copy/paste in your assignment prompt.
  5. Please don’t name a specific Educator in your question. If you do, your question will be returned to you.

Important note: If you have a literature question, be sure to include the title of the work—we can’t help you if we don’t know which work you are referring to.
