By "hypothesis", I assume you mean comparison between the two books. There are many topics you could choose to focus your comparison. For example, you might examine how love is handled in both books, or the power of society over the individual in both books. You might be more specific, and examine the autonomy of the male gender in both novels, and how women remain subservient and at a disadvantage based solely on their sex and society's standards.
