The World According to Garp | Related Titles

Although The World According to Garp is not part of a series of novels having the same characters or advancing the same plot, it does look back to Irving's previous work and forward to his later novels in at least two ways. First, T. S. Garp, the novelist/major character, recapitulates parts of Irving's career as a writer.
