It appears to come from some guy called Jim Rohn who is a motivational speaker from here in the United States.
He was born in 1930 and has made a great deal of money for himself going around and giving motivational speeches to businesses. He also does seminars for other people who want to learn how to achieve more in life, have better relationships, become healthier, etc.
It's too bad... this quote would be nicer if it had come from Shakespeare.
