Rastafarian
RastafarianA sect of Jamaican origin believing that African Americans are the chosen people, that the late Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia was God Incarnate, and that he will secure their repatriation to their homeland in Africa. Ras Tafari (Amharic, ras chief) was the title by which Haile Selassie was known from 1916 until his accession in 1930 .
