Campbell, Kim
Campbell, Kim ( 1947 – )Canadian Progressive Conservative politician, the first female Prime Minister of Canada ( 1993 ). Campbell replaced Brian Mulroney as Prime Minister in June 1993 but the Progressive Conservatives were defeated in the general election in October 1993 . Campbell lost her seat and resigned as party leader.
