How is the housing situation both on and off-campus? Is it easy or difficult to find housing?

On-campus housing is required for almost all students, unless you commute or have special medical or familial reasons that have received approval.  Becuase it is mandatory to live on campus, housing is easy to find and can be a lot of fun.  The newest buildings (New Res and Bica) are air conditioned and have elevators, while olders buildings have neither.
