Students Speak Out On Overall Experience
“My overall experience at the school has been very positive. I have really gotten a lot out of my classes and have been able to do things that I might not be able to have done at other schools. I have been able to take classes that I did not have the prerequisites for. Intersession allowed me to travel to Japan and Zuni, new Mexico, two places that I might have never gone to otherwise. I was also able to travel to England on a grant to study for five weeks because of my work in a class. If I could do it all over again, I would choose the exact same school.”
“I am just a few months away from graduating, and it's starting to sink in that I really have to leave W&J and get into something new. A huge part of me is glad to be rid of this place. I didn't particularly enjoy my time here. I think that it's over-hyped and doesn't deliver as much as I thought it would. Don't get me wrong—I had a blast every now and then with my friends or my professors, but not enough for me to want to go through these past four years again. I'd recommend it if you're a serious bookworm, but don't expect to love the place.”
