A secret U.S. nuclear facility, estabished by the CIA in the Colombian jungle 30 years ago, is becoming destablized because its computer thinks it's 1969 and that the U.S. is under nuclear attack. A Y2K expert (Woolvett), a crazy general (McDowell), a CIA officer (O'Ross), and the facility's designer (Gossett), among others, all try to head off disaster. 103m/C VHS.
