Picking Up the Pieces ★★ 1999 (R) Tex (Allen) is a kosher cowboy in a New Mexico town, who's also a butcher. When a blind woman stumbles on Candy's severed hand and miraculously has her sight restored, she delivers the hand to the local church where it becomes a shrine for pilgrims seeking miracle cures.
