Babes in Toyland ★★ 1961 A lavish Disney production of Victor Herbert's timeless operetta, with Toyland being menaced by the evil Barnaby and his Bogeymen. Yes, Annette had a life after Mickey Mouse and before the peanut butter commercials. Somewhat charming, although the roles of the lovers seem a stretch for both Funicello and Kirk. But the flick does sport an amusing turn by Wynn. 105m/C VHS. Annette Funicello, Ray Bolger, Tommy Sands, Ed Wynn, Tommy Kirk;
