B.U.S.T.E.D. ★★ Everybody Loves Sunshine 1999 (R) Gangmates and cousins Terry (Goldie) and Ray (Goth) are just out of prison. Violent Terry is looking to retake control from efficient Bernie (Bowie), who's been looking after the business. Ray decides he wants to go legit and falls for lovely Clare (Shelley). But Terry wants his coz with him and kidnaps Clare to force Ray's hand—a bad move since Ray decides love is thicker than blood. The leads are caricatures and American audiences will be hampered by the regional Brit slang but Bowie's cool intensity is worth watching. 97m/C VHS, DVD. GB Clint Dyer, Sarah Shackleton, Goldie, Andrew Goth, David Bowie, Rachel Shelley; Director: Andrew Goth; Writer: Andrew Goth; Writer: Julian Morson; Cameo: Nicky Matthew.
