“It just felt right for me to go to UConn, and I can say right now that I couldn't be happier with my decision. The school is great academically, and it's getting better. The state recently gave us, like, two billion dollars to improve the school. I know it's the plan of the state to make UConn a top 10 public school in the country. Plus, we have a good sports program, and the parties on and off campus are ridiculous. There are always parties going on every weekend, and the parties off campus aren't far at all. Everything is located within a mile of campus, so it's pretty easy to get around.”

“UConn wasn't my first choice, but I honestly am glad I went here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, but at the same time, it's between any city you'd ever want to go to. It's really pretty out in the woods and mountains. It has lots of academic and extracurricular stuff to do, and at the same time, it has a really great party scene. You pretty much have your pick of doing just about anything.”
