    I think that you would find the answer to this as being quite a large number of people who find the series interesting. This would be proven with the large number of sales volume of the book, as well as the general level of interest in the characters.  The fact that the series ended up becoming eagerly anticipated would demonstrate this high level of interest, as well.  The series gained a large following amongst adolescents because of its characterizations of Bella and Edward, to name a few.  Some of the interest in the series might lie in the notion of tormented love that seeks to transcend current conditions into something more than what reality is.

    The Twilight series has been extremely popular and is rapidly superceding the success of the Harry Potter series, particularly with older teenagers. Twilight spent 11 weeks at the top of the New York Times best seller list. The whole series in combination spent at least 140 weeks on the list. Most recently the series won the 2009 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award – beating the Harry Potter series and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The official Twilight website has hundreds of discussion forums and there are an enormous number of unofficial sites. When accessing Google, there are 47,400,000 results for Twilight Movie and 34,200,000 results for Twilight books. It seems there are a lot of people tuning in to Twilight!

    I personally think that the Twilight series is the best!! And I think many people would agree with that. Just look at all the sells made from people for the series. And it is not only teens reading the books, but also adults! The Twilight series has got to be one of the best series novels sold! 

    And is people enjoy reading the Twilight Series they should start readin the Morganville Vampire series to!

    I liked this series even thought the ending of the first and most the entire second book was dragging it hind end.

    I enjoyed this saga for many reasons, 1 i like vampires 2 I enjoy romance and like to learn (from female writers, because it shows somewhat how they want to be treated) how females like to be engaged ( not mariage)
