Well theres four. All of them have most of the same characters, especially the main ones. But they have different things going on. They're not all the same thing. They are like the continuation of the characters' life. They're really good books Posted by peaceoutxo on Jan 11, 2009. |

The Twilight books are a series of books revolving around the characters Edward, a vampire, and Bella, a teenage girl. The books chronicle their relationship as they fall in love with each other and Bella discovers Edward's secret. The books follow them as they go through hardships such as facing enemies, dealing with other supernatural creatures, and trying to find ways to deal with problems that stem from having a relationship with someone who is practically of a different species. These books have become immensely popular, and a blockbuster movie has been filmed based on the first book in the series. Go read the books, you'll really enjoy them! It's kind of like one continuing story across four books. It is NOT the same story told 4 times, but it is a consecutive story told from one book to another. So all of the books have the same core characters and general information, but they each have unique plots and additional secondary characters in them. You can read the first one alone, but the others really need to be read in the proper order if you want to fully understand them. In other words, don't read book 3 if you haven't read books 1 and 2. Most people I know who have read book 1 have been so "hooked" that they immediately get copies of the other 3 and read them. I personally read all four books in about four days, they were that good.
