The clown attempts to take Cesario (it's really Sebastian) back to Olivia's house, but his persuasion is weak.  He uses only sarcasm to prove he knows Sebastian.

"No, I do not know you; nor I am not sent to you by my lady, to bid you come speak with her; nor your name is not Master Cesario; nor this is not my nose neither. Nothing that is so is so."

After Olivia enters, she persuades/orders Toby to put away his sword and leave by calling on his barbaric actions,

"Ungracious wretch, Fit for the mountains and the barbarous caves, Where manners ne'er were preach'd! out of my sight!"

She then begs Sebastian to go with her.  She gives him little time to answer, he sees her beauty and wealth--and he follows her as if in a dream.  Those are her persuasive tactics.
