if we see in the beginning of the novel when aunt Alexendra gave her enterance she happened to be a staunch believer of family status and prejudice, but at the time when Tom Robinson was found to be running from prison and shot, we came aross a totally different Aunt Alexandra. who was a soft-hearted lady, and when scout saw her crying over the death of Tom, she discovered the soft corner in her heart for Aunt Alexendra.
