Can anyone give me details of the ventilation systems that the Morlocks are running in The Time Machine? , 

 

 

 like what they are used to ventilate etc.?

    Since they live underground, they are in need of plenty of oxygen.  In order to keep living comfortably, they need to keep the air flow moving.  This ventilation system helps them to do just that.  Over time, the working class of Morlocks has physically changed.  They've developed (evolved) into having large eyes, white skin, and they fear the light of day.  With these changes, they may also be struggling to breathe as easily as they would have centuries before.  This ventilation would still be needed to live underground, but if they had any problems physically in the future, they may need more help circulating the air.
