Is "the denial crisis" a counterpart between the female characters in the following Tennessee Williams' plays:

 

The Glass Menagerie, The Rose Tattoo, Suddenly last summer, Milk train does not stop here anymore.

characters here are in denial to there personal flaws ,they live without trying to find out the real reason behind their agony.

if my suggestion ,  what is then the most common theme between these plays? thanx in advance.
