I beleive that Tartuffe is a religious CON leader and that Orgon is a leader to his family and I think Orgon is better suited and more successful

Orgon is more of a "good" character, while Tartuffe is a "bad" character. But Tartuffe is arguably a better leader because he gets more people to follow him, including Orgon who is the other leader of the household.
