I'm having trouble with AP physics B Could somone explain elastic collisions to me? I just can't seem to grasp the math.

    Cconservation of kinetic energy

    Total KE before = Total KE after.

     Look at the link below for examples of equations.  The 'math' part is algebra.  With mass and velocity for each object you just group like terms to solve for a single unknown.
