Geoffrey Duncan is an attractive forty-year-old man, an ‘‘internationally renowned director and bisexual,’’ and the love interest of Pfeni. He is also a business associate and friend of Merv, with whom he is organizing and recruiting the homeless to perform in a story-theater benefit.
