The Story:
Malachi Constant arrived at the Rumfoord estate to witness a materialization. Winston Niles Rumfoord, who was chrono-synclastic infundibula, scattered everywhere between the Sun and Betelgeuse and appeared various places sporadically. He was to materialize and Constant was invited to witness. Constant was a billionaire playboy who had inherited his father Noel’s estate.
Rumfoord materialized and told Constant that he, Constant, would eventually go to Mars, Mercury, back to Earth, then to Titan. He and Beatrice Rumfoord, Rumfoord’s wife, would have a child...
