   I am assuming that you are looking for quotations that are not in The Secret Life of Bees, since these would be quite easy to find in every chapter, at the beginning, and all through the chapters after Lily and Rosaleen join the Boatwright sisters.  I have provided some links for you, and if your library has a Bartlett's Quotations, you can check the index for entries on bees or honeybees.  You might want to think about using quotations that are related to the themes of the book, for example, quotes about the queen bee, the importance of honey, and the importance of every bee in having successful hive.
