    The cytoskeletal proteins Tropomyosins could be found in all eukaryotic cells. This familly of proteins has  multiple isoforms regulated by multiple genes.  TM1 isoforme is present in colonic and jejunal smooth muscle.

    The three types of cytoskeletal fibers are microtubules, actin filaments, and intermediate filaments. Actin filaments are the ones found in muscle cells. See more at the link:
