Homeostasis is the property of the body to maintain in very close limits, constants of internal environment. The body is an energy system and organs are collections of cells. The cells have a high histologcal similarity  and the same frequency and energy homeostasis keep them together. Disruption of cellular energy is what we call disease. Homeostasis of each system in the body is contributing to maintain the homeostasis of the entire system. For example, the skin is the defense system of the body against the attack of microbes, is involved in thermoregulation through shivering or sweating. The interaction with the skeletal system (bones) occurs when synthesis of D vitamin is made with the help of skin. It is known that the D vitamin helps in fixing the needed calcium and phosphorus amounts in the bones. The skeletal system, is not made up by bones only, which are 206, but connective tissues, ligaments, cartilages, too. Skeletal system work together with muscular system to help locmotion, to maintain the posture and to provide the required amount of calcium for muscles contraction . The skeletal system function as a storage for minerals from where our body is feed, when the blood is deprived of these minerals (calcium, magnesium).
