  1. Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are a type of gas which enhance the destruction of atomic oxygen (O) and Ozone 03. This allows more radation from the sun to enter the earth's atmosphere. In turn, more radiation leads to dangers to plant and animal life in different ways, the most prevailant to humans being an increased chance of skin cancer and to all life through general global warming.
