    When two chemicals are added to make a third product a chemical reaction starts (this can be exothermic or endothermic reaction). Now this is always an unstable state and sytem tries to get to stabilty by equalising the rate of forward and reverse reaction. when there is no change in the concentration of reactants at given time then this system is known as under state of chemical equilibrium.
