Heat resistant super alloys are special type of alloys that have very high strength at high temperature. These are used for applications such as gas turbine rotor blades that are subject to both high stresses and high temperature.

Alloys of this type find application in industries such as aerospace, energy and medical.

For example, inside of a gas turbine, pressures and temperatures can override the acceptable limits of the convetional metals. For this reason, this kind of heat resistance alloys are used in producing components which are facing critical temperatures which could affect the structural integrity.

The strength of these alloys withstands temperatures up to 1000 Celsius degrees.

This kind of super alloys are used mostly in aero engine manufacturing and also in medical apps, or oil and petrochemical industry, where resistance to corrosion and creep, is needed.
