Purpose: The Wells Fargo CollegeSTEPS Scholarship Sweepstakes Program offers high school seniors the chance to win one of a 100 $1000 tuition prizes to be given away during the 2004-2005 school year. Winners are chosen through random drawings, so all students have an equal chance to win. Must be U.S. permanent resident.
