Purpose: Fellowships available for graduate students who have completed all requirements for a doctorate except dissertation. Must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Deadline is April 15. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
