Purpose: One-time award to a deserving junior, senior, or graduate student to promote and encourage excellence in the practice of healthcare human resources management in the State of Virginia. Award only available to Virginia residents who have an interest in healthcare, specifically Human Resources Administration. Must study in Virginia. Focus: Health Administration Qualif.: High school students not considered.
