Virginia War Orphans Education Program

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarships for postsecondary students between ages 16 and 25 to attend Virginia state supported institutions. Must be child or surviving child of veteran who has either: 1. been permanently or totally disabled due to war or other armed conflict; 2. died as a result of war or other armed conflict; or 3. been listed as a POW or MIA.
