Purpose: One-time award of $2500 available to active members of Jaycee wishing to return to college to complete his/her formal education. Must be U.S. citizen, possess academic potential and leadership qualities and show financial need. To receive an application, send $5 application fee and self-addressed stamped envelope between July 1 and February 1. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
