Purpose: Renewable award for undergraduate student who is a descendant of a Confederate soldier, sailor or marine. Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Recipient must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and studying Southern history and literature. Must be a member or former member of the Children of the Confederacy. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
