Township Officials of Illinois Scholarship Fund
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: The TOI scholarships are awarded to graduating Illinois high school seniors who have a B average or above, have demonstrated an active interest in school activities, who have submitted an essay on "The Importance of Township Government," high school transcript, and letters of recommendation. Students must attend Illinois institutions, either four-year or junior colleges. Must be full-time student. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
