Ann Lane Home Economics Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Award for graduating high school member of a local Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, Texas Association chapter. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Include a 250-word essay on "The Role of the Homemaker" and two letters of recommendation. Must attend a Texas institution. Merit-based. One-time scholarship of $1000. Focus: Food Science/Nutrition; Food Service/Hospitality; Home Economics Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
