Purpose: The Sacramento Bee Journalism Scholarship Program is for graduating high school seniors, and college students pursuing careers in the newspaper business. Applicants and recipients must reside in the Sacramento region. Focus: Journalism Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Scholarship for a student pursuing a degree in Dance, Theatre, Music or Arts Management. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who are accepted at an accredited school of higher education or college students attending an accredited school. College students must have completed at least one term and have one remaining. High school applicants must have minimum GPA of 3.0 and college students a GPA of 2.5.
