Purpose: Award for active or associate Reserve Officers Association members enrolled in graduate and doctoral programs. Must provide proof of Master's degree or acceptance in doctoral program. Must submit curriculum vitae, letters of recommendation, and resume with application. Must be U.S. citizen. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
