Purpose: Renewable award available to enrolled members of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin who are accepted into an accredited postsecondary institution within the United States. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo.
