(Four Year College, Two Year College/Scholarship)
Purpose: Award for academically outstanding Ohio residents planning to attend an approved Ohio college. Must be a high school senior intending to enroll full-time. Award is renewable for up to four years. Must rank in upper quarter of class or have a minimum GPA of 3.5. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Grant)
Purpose: Award for low- and middle-income Ohio residents attending an approved college or school in Ohio or Pennsylvania. Must be enrolled full-time and have financial need. Average award is $630. May be used for any course of study except theology. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Renewable award aids children of Vietnam conflict servicemen who have been classified as missing in action or prisoner of war. Must be an Ohio resident, be 16-21, and be enrolled full-time at an Ohio college. Full tuition awards. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 16-21 years old, full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Renewable award covering up to full tuition is available to children and surviving spouses of peace officers and fire fighters killed in the line of duty in any state. Children must be under 26 years of age. Must be an Ohio resident and enroll full-time or part-time at an Ohio college or university. Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 25 or younger . High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: police/firefighting.

Purpose: Renewable award available to Ohio residents attending private colleges within the state. Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program. Do not apply to state. Check with financial aid office of college. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
Funds Avail.: Maximum award amount: $1002. No. and Amount Awarded Last Calendar Year: 45000 grant(s).

Purpose: Aids Ohio residents attending an eligible college in Ohio. Must be between the ages of 16-21, the child of a disabled or deceased veteran, and enrolled full-time. Renewable up to five years. Amount of award varies. Must include Form DD214. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 16-21 years old, full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Renewable award that offers repayment of student loans for Ohio physicians who agree to practice in specialized areas in Ohio with limited access to medical care. Up to four years of student loan indebtedness may be canceled. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: designated career field.

(University/Fellowship)
Purpose: Available to Ohio residents pursuing a graduate or professional degree in Ohio immediately following graduation with a bachelor's degree. Must enroll full-time. Renewable for an additional year. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
