Howard F. DeNise Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College/Scholarship)

Purpose: Awards for undergraduates under 21 years old to pursue studies in agriculture. Must be a New York resident with a minimum 3.0 GPA. One-time award of $1000. Focus: Agriculture Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 20 or younger . High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Susan W. Freestone Education Award

Purpose: Grants are for members of Junior Grange and Subordinate Grange in New York State. Students must enroll in an approved two- or four-year college in New York State. Second grants available with reapplication. Minimum 2.5 GPA required. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

June Gill Nursing Scholarship

Purpose: One annual scholarship award to verified NYS Grange member pursuing a career in nursing. Selection based on verification of NYS Grange membership and enrollment in a nursing program, as well as applicant's career statement, academic records, and financial need. Payment made after successful completion of one term. Focus: Nursing Qualif.: High school students not considered.
