Children of Deceased Veterans Scholarship-New Mexico

(Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: Award for New Mexico residents who are children of veterans killed or disabled as a result of service, prisoner-of-war, or veterans missing-in-action. Must be between ages 16 to 26. For use at New Mexico schools for undergraduate study. Submit parent's death certificate and DD form 214. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 16-26 years old. High school students not considered.

New Mexico Vietnam Veterans' Scholarship

(Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: Renewable award for Vietnam veterans who are New Mexico residents attending state-sponsored schools. Must have been awarded the Vietnam Campaign medal. Submit DD214. Must include discharge papers. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
