Purpose: Scholarships available to high school seniors. Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicant must be a dependent of a NAPFE Labor Union member with a minimum three year membership. Application deadline is April 1. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 17-18 years old, full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
