Minnesota Educational Assistance for War Orphans
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Grant)
Purpose: War orphans may qualify for $750 per year. Must have lost parent through service-related death. Children of deceased veterans may qualify for free tuition at State university, college, or vocational or technical schools, but not at University of Minnesota. Must have been resident of Minnesota for at least two years. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Minnesota VA Educational Assistance for Veterans

Applicant must be a Minnesota resident and must be attending a Minnesota college or university, but not the University of Minnesota. Qualif.: High school students not considered.
